      Real Housewives Husband Joe Guidice withdraws bankruptcy petition.

    According to this article, Joe Giudice the husband of Teresa Giudice has withdrawn his Chapter 7 bankruptcy petition. The reality TV stars are allegedly going to repay some creditors. Their bankruptcy made news last year while the reality show The Real Housewives of New Jersey was filming the couple filed for protection under Chapter 7 of the bankruptcy code. The trustee in their case sued the Giudices based upon failure to list certain assets with the filing and the amendments made later in the case. According to news reports and the above article Mr. Giudice claimed the 5th amendment after consulting with a criminal defense attorney.
