Marc Wagman

Marc grew up in Indianapolis, Indiana.  He received his undergraduate degree from Indiana University in Political Science.  He received his Juris Doctorate from The John Marshall Law School.  While at John Marshall, Marc was a staff editor on The Journal of Information and Technology Law with Mr. Swanson where they met.   

After law school Marc worked for one of the largest bankruptcy firms in Chicago.  He left seeking a smaller more personalized firm.  He worked at a small respected boutique firm practicing bankruptcy and litigation in bankruptcy.   

After that, he worked for a foreclosure firm in Northbrook in their bankruptcy department.  Unsatisfied with creditors work he left and entered private practice with Mr. Swanson a good friend from law school.  He is licensed in the State of Illinois, a member of the Federal Trial Bar, and licensed in both the Northern and Central Districts of Illinois Federal Courts.
